About Supervizo
Academic supervision deserved better than a spreadsheet
Thesis and final-year project supervision in most institutions runs on shared drives, email threads, and a spreadsheet someone maintains by hand. It works right up until it doesn't — a file gets overwritten, feedback is lost in an inbox, a deadline is disputed months later, and nobody can prove what happened.
Supervizo exists to make that record undeniable. One platform where every milestone, every submitted version, and every piece of feedback is timestamped, attributed, and permanent — for the student, the supervisor, and the department alike.
What we build around
A submission is a record, not a file
Every submission is immutable and checksummed with SHA-256 the moment it lands. Nothing can be quietly swapped, backdated, or deleted — so "I submitted it on time" stops being an argument and starts being a fact.
Accountability runs both ways
Students get timestamped proof of what they handed in. Supervisors get structured, threaded feedback attached permanently to the work. Departments get a complete audit trail instead of scattered inboxes.
Built for how institutions here actually operate
Payment through bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer — no international card required. SMS reminders, because that is what reaches students reliably. Institution, department, and supervisor hierarchies that match real university structures.
Boring where it counts
Two-factor authentication, an append-only audit log, per-role access control, and GDPR-style export and delete. Academic records outlive the software that stores them, so the storage has to be dependable rather than clever.

Supervizo is built and run from Dhanmondi, Dhaka, Bangladesh, close to the institutions it is designed for. That proximity is deliberate: local payment rails, SMS-first reminders, and departmental structures that match how universities here are actually organised are not features you retrofit from far away.
